1 >> How do I receive my certificate?
We offer different delivery options. When you take the online course and complete it, you receive an email with a pdf copy of the certificate. The pdf copy will remain available as a download from inside the course. Or, If you are not rushing to get it, we will send it by regular mail. If your due date for completion is within the next 10 days, we recommend you select either priority mail 2-3 days for $3.95 or express mail overnight for $16.95, when you register for the online course.

3 >> Do I send my certificate to the county clerk’s office?
Yes, you are responsible to follow up your election or requirement. Remember, you only have a certain amount of days to complete the traffic school program and send proof of completion to the county clerk’s office where your ticket was issued.

4 >> I think my time to complete the course is over?
How would I know?
We suggest you contact the county clerk’s office where your ticket was issued and ask them about your specific situation. Sometimes when your time is past due, you can file a motion pleading for extra time to complete the school.

5 >> What if I fail the final exam?
If you fail the final exam, you would have the opportunity to review the course material one more time and the online program will allow you to retake the final exam. This can only be done once so review the material until you feel comfortable with it before you take the exam!!!

6 >> What is the passing grade?
In order to successfully complete the school you need to complete all of the online course and get a 80 or higher score in the final exam. The exam is very simple! You will be asked multiple choice questions and/or True and False questions. Each section contains a quiz that reviews the important content on that section. The quizzes do not affect your final exam score, but they are an excellent study guide for the final assessment!! exam.

7 >> If I logged out, what happens?
Once you have registered and have logged into the program, everything you do is saved and recorded in your session. If you log out, all your completed work will be saved and stored for later completion. We recommend completing the section before you log out from you session.

8 >> What is your refund policy?
A full refund will be made to any student that decides not to continue with the online program before taking the final exam. South Florida Safety Program allows the student 120 days to complete the online program. After 120 days the program will automatically terminate the registration and the student is no longer eligible for a refund.
South Florida Safety Program will refund that student if the program is discontinued by the school or there is a technical problem with the web site and the student can not continue with the program. Refunds will be sent within 10 days of the plea.
